We act as a registrar/reseller and provide access to domain registration through third-party registries.
Domain availability is not guaranteed until successfully registered and confirmed.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information.
Failure to comply with ICANN policies or other regulatory bodies may result in suspension or cancellation of your domain.

4. Payments

All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made in full before domain registration or renewal is processed.
Services are non-refundable once initiated, except as required by law or specifically stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Renewals and Expiry

Domains are registered on a yearly basis unless otherwise specified.
You are responsible for renewing your domain before its expiry date.
Failure to renew may result in loss of the domain, which may become available to the public.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available in limited circumstances (see our Refund Policy page). Domains that are successfully registered cannot be refunded.

7. Use of Services
