At AgadaDomains, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of domain name registration and related services, our refund and return policy must comply with industry standards and international domain registration regulations.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Domain Name Registrations
All domain name registrations are final and non-refundable once processed. This is because domain names are registered in real-time with global registries and cannot be canceled or reversed after confirmation.
Note: Please ensure that all domain details are accurate before submitting your order.
2. Domain Renewals
Domain renewals are also non-refundable. Once a domain name has been renewed, we are unable to cancel the renewal or issue a refund.
3. Incorrect Domain Name Registrations
If you register a domain name with an incorrect spelling or information, refunds cannot be granted. We advise customers to carefully review domain names before submitting registration or renewal requests.
4. Hosting & Add-On Services
Refunds for hosting or add-on services (e.g., email, SSL, Weebly builder, NordVPN) may be considered within 7 days of purchase only if the service has not been activated or used. Refund eligibility is at our sole discretion.
5. Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed payment or technical error during a transaction, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund if the error is verified and no services were rendered.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, your account may be suspended or blacklisted. We encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues.
